Privacy notice

What we store

We store your email, account name, course progress, submitted conversations and text attachments, saved account preferences, email choices, and purchase references. The browser also stores drafts, display preferences, and practice history. A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.

How your information is used

We use it to sign you in, provide practice and feedback, save progress, deliver course access, answer support requests, and prevent abuse. We use hashed network identifiers to limit repeated account creation and shared free AI usage. Network activity records are kept for up to 30 days and removed during normal AI request processing. Request limits also use temporary network information.

Services involved

Google provides optional sign-in using your basic profile and verified email address. We do not request Gmail, Drive, or other account access. OpenRouter and the selected model provider receive the prompts and attached text needed to answer or assess your exercise. Sequenzy processes account emails and our newsletter, including 60 days of daily practice emails. It records delivery, email opens, and link clicks, and may route links through its tracking domain. New accounts are enrolled as stated on the signup screen. Stripe processes payment details; we retain purchase references and access status, not full card details. Hosting and Cloudflare provide site and domain services. These providers may process information in other countries under their own privacy terms.

Your account also records which courses you have started, progress and AI usage for each course, and the course you selected for daily emails. One daily marketing email is scheduled per person, not per course. Buying or starting another course does not undo an unsubscribe. Necessary purchase confirmations remain separate.

Your choices

Do not submit confidential information or other people’s personal data in practice tasks. Use the supplied fictional examples. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time through its unsubscribe links. Necessary sign-in and purchase emails are separate from practice tips. You can download your account data from your learning account settings. You can delete your account directly in account settings. The site owner can also delete accounts. You can ask us to correct your information by emailing the contact above from your account address.

Retention

Account and learning records remain until you request deletion or we no longer need them to provide the service. Purchase and anti-fraud records may need to be retained to handle accounting, disputes, or legal obligations. Third-party providers apply their own retention rules. Daily database backups rotate after seven copies. After a verified deletion request, we remove learning records and personal account details, end sessions, and retain anonymous payment links where needed for reconciliation. We also handle provider records and backup expiry as part of the request. Clearing browser data removes local drafts but does not delete your account.

Optional cookies

With your permission, Google Analytics measures public page visits and Meta Pixel helps measure advertising. We do not load these tags on course workspaces, admin pages, sign-in links, or account pages. We do not send conversations, account emails, or purchase references to these tags. Choose Necessary only to decline, or change your choice using Cookies in the public page footer. We also honor browser privacy signals.

Deleting an account removes learning records and sessions immediately. Email subscriber deletion is retried if the provider is unavailable. The email address is kept only while that cleanup is pending. Payment records remain with Stripe. Daily backups rotate. Older release and audit copies require separate cleanup and are not active accounts. A restored backup must have completed deletions applied before the site is reopened.
